Is my payment information safe?
Of course! All payments are processed through stripe and therefore receive the highest level of security and safety.
Is my personal account safe?
myFBcrm was created with the intent of automation within certain limits. We have preprogrammed limits to the automation you will be able to do to keep your account sage. To date, we have not had a single user experience issues with their personal account. This is however, a typical risk to using automation.
Do I sign a contract?
NOPE!! You can cancel any time. The one thing we ask is that you cancel at least 5 days prior to your next billing date so we have enough time to process your cancellation while we cry in a back room for losing you!
Is it tough to cancel this deal?
Nope... just send an email to info@thebuilders.online OR click the support button inside the app.
If I cancel my account, can I re-start off where I left off later?
We offer local backup, so you can simply click the back up button, download your data and store it... In the mean time we will be waiting by the phone for a call back from you. Please don't make us wait too much!!
Do you have any integrations?
We are working on it. Our ultimate goal is to provide an integration to your favorite autoresponder so you can email your leads right away.

Does this run on my computer? Is it compatible?
YES!! myFBcrm is a chrome extension so all you have to do is have the chrome browser available to you and you will have compatibility!
How many friend requests should I send each day?
We have found that early on it is best to keep it to 20-30, but once you have built consistency you will be able to send 40-50 per day safely.
How many prospects will I be able to direct message?
We have seen that the best results come from messaging 18-22 prospects per day. This both generates amazing results and allows you to remain within safe limits of sending messages.
Is my data safe?
Yes! We actually store all data locally on your computer, so we do not have access to your friends list. You will be able to easily download a backup of the data at any time.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds are offered on specials, promotions, or one-time offers, nor do we offer refunds on discounted annual plans. We do however offer a refund of the myFBcrm for monthly plans purchased at regular pricing and cancelled within 2 days of purchase.
Where can I get support?
That's simple!! Inside the app you will find a support tab, but you will also be able to join our private Facebook Group where you will receive support and trainings on how to use this tool!
